Why three lines to choose from. The strategy takes every buy a member makes inside their own committee's jurisdiction — nobody is pre-selected, so there is no hindsight in who gets tracked. Equal weight is the headline: one share of attention per name, which is what a reader can actually hold. By size follows the disclosed dollars instead, and lands within half a point of it. Old rule is what this site used to run — the same trades, but only from members whose record was already positive. It is kept on the chart because it lost to the S&P, and removing a filter should not also remove the evidence against it.
